١. قبول الشروط

باستخدام تطبيق أو خدمات «منارة شرق آسيا»، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إن لم توافق، يُرجى عدم استخدام الخدمة.

٢. طبيعة الخدمة

نقدّم منصة لطلب خدمات التجارة والشحن والمتابعة والدفع المرتبط بها. العروض والأسعار ومواعيد الشحن تقديرية إلى أن يُؤكَّد الطلب كتابياً عبر التطبيق أو من فريقنا. التنفيذ يعتمد على توفر الموردين والناقلين والأنظمة الجمركية.

٣. الحساب والاستخدام المقبول

  • أنت مسؤول عن دقة بيانات الحساب وعن سرية كلمة المرور.
  • يُحظر إساءة الاستخدام أو الاحتيال أو رفع محتوى غير قانوني أو مسيء.
  • قد نعلّق أو نُنهي الحساب عند مخالفة الشروط أو لأسباب أمنية.

٤. الطلبات والدفع

الرسوم والاقتباسات تُعرض عبر التطبيق. التحويل البنكي والإيصالات تخضع للمراجعة. لا تُعتبر المدفوعات مكتملة حتى تأكيد الاستلام من فريقنا. أي رسوم بنكية أو تحويل خارجي يتحملها العميل ما لم يُذكر غير ذلك.

٥. الشحن والجمارك

أوقات التوصيل تقديرية. التأخير الناتج عن الجمارك أو الناقلين أو القوة القاهرة خارج سيطرتنا المباشرة. العميل مسؤول عن صحة بيانات الشحن والمستندات المطلوبة.

٦. إخلاء المسؤولية

تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» ضمن الحدود التي يسمح بها النظام. لا نضمن خلواً تاماً من الأخطاء أو الانقطاع. مسؤوليتنا تقتصر على إعادة الرسوم المدفوعة للخدمة غير المنفّذة حيث ينطبق ذلك، ما لم يُلزم النظام بخلاف ذلك.

٧. القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، مع مراعاة أي قواعد إلزامية لحماية المستهلك في بلد إقامتك.

للاستفسارات حول الشروط، استخدم قناة الدعم داخل التطبيق.

1. Acceptance

By using the Manarat Asia app or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Nature of the service

We provide a platform to request trade/shipping support, tracking, and related payments. Quotes, prices, and timelines are estimates until confirmed in-app or by our team. Fulfillment depends on suppliers, carriers, and customs.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

  • You are responsible for accurate account details and password security.
  • Fraud, abuse, or illegal/offensive uploads are prohibited.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or security reasons.

4. Orders and payment

Fees and quotes appear in the app. Bank transfers and receipts are subject to review. Payments are complete only after our confirmation. Third-party bank/transfer fees are yours unless stated otherwise.

5. Shipping and customs

Delivery times are estimates. Delays from customs, carriers, or force majeure are outside our direct control. You are responsible for accurate shipping data and required documents.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Liability is limited to refund of fees paid for unperformed service where applicable, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
